eTRAKiT Online Services Web Portal
The Online Services Web Portal is now available for individuals and contractors to apply for and pay for:
Encroachment Permits administered by the Department of Public Works
Planning and Zoning Projects administered by the Department of Community Development – Planning Division
Building Permits and Residential Resale Reports administered by the Department of Community Development - Building Division
Contractors or Design Professionals who are requesting access to the new Online Web Services Portal should e-mail trakitsupport@townoftiburon.org with the following information:
1. Contact information including a business e-mail address to use for creation of the contractor or design professional account.
2. The California State Contractor's License Number issued to the entity.
Individuals can create an account by clicking ”Setup an Account” at the top left of the screen above the Town of Tiburon logo.
